We got an upgrade to a brand-new and well-designed room with an individual safe, an air conditioning, and an electronic key card. Location: the hotel was next to restaurants and a bubble tea shop and the night market and other attractions in the area.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing great tips for exploring Luang Prabang. The location was perfect for walking to the city's attractions. smoking around the pool and in the breakfast area was a downside for us as non-smokers with children.
